win7/win10 environment

Delete all files (BCState.xml, etc.) in the following directories.

C:\Users\【用户名】\AppData\Roaming\Scooter Software\Beyond Compare 4

XP environment

C:\Documents and Settings\【用户名】\Application Data\Scooter Software\Beyond Compare 4\

After deletion, a new lock file will be generated after a while, just continue to delete it, which saves a lot of time than reinstalling.
