Use Visual Studio to compare text differences

Visual Studio (VS) comes with a text comparison tool, which can compare code or txt files, although the function is definitely not as good as Beyond Compare, but it is barely enough.

This article is tested by VS 2019, open VS Tools, click [View]>> [Other Windows]>> and then [Command Window], as shown in the figure below:

Command Format:Tool. Find file differences file1 file2, the input tool will have a smart prompt, as shown in the figure below:
