The solution is as follows:
Press F2 to enter the BIOS settings when you boot up, select power management, and then set USB Wake Support to Disabled, that is, uncheck, click apply, and finally save, and restart the computer.

After having the dock, the external monitor, keyboard, wired network, mobile hard drive, and power supply are all connected to the dock, and the dock is only connected to NMB through a USB-C cable. Every time you arrive at the office, just plug in a cable, and all external devices, including power supply, are connected. Leaving the office only requires a thread. It is very convenient, and when you are not in the office, you rarely use external interfaces. Perfectly solves the problem caused by the lack of nmb interfaces.
There are still several shortcomings in current use:
1. The connection cable between NMB and Dock must use the USB-C cable provided with the Dock, otherwise the function will be limited. The dock is equipped with a relatively short line, and the dock cannot be too far from the nmb
2. The dock's external monitor 4K screen only supports 30Hz, and the external 4K monitor will compare cups
3. Occasionally, the USB 3.0 device connected to the dock cannot be recognized when plugged in, and you need to restart the NMB, and you are still looking for the cause and solution
After the setting is successful, there is no restart after shutdown.
