8. Competition requirements

1. Contestants should strictly abide by the discipline of the field, obey the command, dress neatly, dignified, and be civilized and polite.

2. Contestants must enter the venue 15 minutes in advance, and must present their student ID card when entering. Players should pay attention to saving the game at any time during the game. Late entry is not allowed for 10 minutes.

3. If the machine does fail during the competition, causing the game to be interrupted, the machine must be confirmed by the chief invigilator before the machine can be replaced. Fault interruption time is not counted.

4. If any problems found during or after the competition (including reflecting the competition or other problems), the team leader should make a statement to the organizing committee on the same day. Team leaders and contestants are not allowed to negotiate directly with the competition staff.

5. Impersonation and fraud are strictly prohibited in this competition. Other unfinished matters will be explained in detail to the team leaders before the game.

9. Registration method

Each department (college) organizes the registration, competition and selection of finalists for the preliminaries. The final is limited to 10 students per department (college) (15 students in the School of Business, School of Mechanical Engineering, and School of Electronic Engineering), and each contestant is limited to one application, that is, the total number of participants in the finals of each department (college) is limited to 30 people (the School of Business, the School of Mechanical Engineering, and the School of Electronic Engineering is limited to 45 people), and the registration form will be submitted to the Office of Student Affairs before May 5.

2014 Student Skills Festival - "Charm Star" English Style Competition Plan

1. Purpose of the activity

Promote the construction of learning style, stimulate interest in learning, pay attention to ability training, improve comprehensive quality, and activate campus culture.

Non-English students in the class of 2012 and 2013

Each college organizes its own preliminary competition and selects the contestants to participate in the finals (2 people in the English song competition; 1 English sitcom team), which will be submitted to the Student Management Section of the Student Affairs Office (Room 108, 1st Floor, Comprehensive Building) before May 5, 2014.

Each contestant must only participate in one competition.

Each college selected 2 contestants to participate (solo). During the competition, participants bring their own CD or MP3 accompaniment tape, and make ppt to display English lyrics. The songs sung are all English songs (bonus points for original songs), and the duration is 2-5 minutes.

2. Scoring Rules:

(2) Pronunciation: English pronunciation is accurate and the words are clear. (2 points)

(3) Rhythm: Be able to correctly grasp the melody and rhythm of the song, without rushing the beat or out of tune. (2 points)

2. Scoring rules

(1) Plot content: rich content, complete structure, healthy thinking, novel theme, sense of the times, professional or professional characteristics. (3 points)

(2) Short paper. Including social science academic papers or survey reports, natural science academic papers. The topic of the paper or survey report should highlight the novelty and contemporaneity, focusing on social hotspots or new topics that have recently emerged in the field of social sciences and natural sciences as research projects, and the number of papers should be about 3,000 words.

3. Award setting

4. Participation requirements

(1) The works submitted for the evaluation must be the results of the past year, limited to individual works.
