1. Exchange schools and study hours:
The exchange school is Taiwan Southeast University of Science and Technology (Shenkeng District, New Taipei City)
Duration is one semester (September 2015 - January 2016)
2. Communication methods
Students go to the corresponding departments (institutes) of the exchange school to study with the class according to their own majors and the school's requirements for the corresponding professional courses, and take courses of the corresponding majors; In addition, students can also take courses across departments according to their own interests. Our school recognizes the credits earned by exchange students for continuing these courses at the exchange school (16 credits at the exchange school can replace all credits in the corresponding semester at the school).
3. Self-funded exchange student quota
The number of students selected in the whole school is 15, and there is no limit to colleges and majors.
4. Selection criteria
freshman and sophomore students; honest and trustworthy, with good moral character; Good academic performance during school.
Selection process for self-funded exchange students
1. Each college publicizes and mobilizes students to go to Taiwan for exchanges, and students who are willing can directly go to the school-enterprise cooperation office (Office 302 of the comprehensive building) to consult with Mr. Mao about the specific matters of going to Taiwan for exchanges;
2. Registration deadline: April 30, 2015;
3. Identify students who will go to Taiwan for exchange and go to Office 302 of the comprehensive building to find Teacher Mao to fill in the form;
4. Teacher Mao organized the procedures for going to Taiwan and booking air tickets.
6. Fees:
Taiwan Southeast University of Science and Technology tuition and accommodation fees for one semester (NT$50,000, about 10,500 yuan), round-trip air ticket fee to Taiwan 3,000 yuan, entry document application fee 127 yuan, medical insurance fee 500 yuan, etc., living expenses during Taiwan are 1,500 yuan per month, and the estimated total cost per person is 22,000 yuan.
