In order to further do a good job in the entrepreneurship and employment of college students, strengthen the entrepreneurial atmosphere of the university, implement the work spirit of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on vigorously promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and the independent entrepreneurship of college students, enrich the entrepreneurial knowledge of college students, cultivate college students' innovation awareness, entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial ability, combined with the actual entrepreneurship and employment work of our school, it is decided to hold the 4th Entrepreneurship Planning Competition of Wuhan Software Engineering Vocational College, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows: 1. The purpose of the competition The college student entrepreneurship plan competition should be guided by changing educational thinking and updating educational concepts, facing all students, and integrating into the whole process of talent training. On the basis of professional education, with the core of enhancing students' sense of social responsibility, innovative spirit, innovation awareness and innovation ability, focusing on reforming the talent training model and curriculum system, vigorously promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and continuously improving the quality of talent training in our school. We should promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in our school through the college student entrepreneurship plan competition, actively seek the support of all parties, carry out work creatively, establish the educational concept of the growth of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, deepen the reform of education and teaching, change the talent training mode, strengthen the training of innovation and entrepreneurship ability, and cultivate high-level innovative talents to meet the needs of the construction of an innovative country. Contribute to the construction of our school into a national backbone higher vocational college. 2. Competition time April 2015 to June 2015 3. Schedule The preliminary competition of the department and the final of the college are adopted (1) Preliminary competition of departments Time: April 2015 Each department (college) organizes the preliminary competition of departments and colleges on the basis of training such as cultivating college students' entrepreneurial awareness, writing entrepreneurial plans, discovering business opportunities and selecting entrepreneurial projects. Before April 30, each department (college) will select 3~5 outstanding projects to apply to the student and employment guidance office. Overdue will be treated as an automatic waiver. (2) School finals 1. Semi-finals Time: May 15, 2015 The Admissions and Employment Guidance Office will invite relevant entrepreneurship instructors from the school to review and screen the entrepreneurship plan, and announce the list of teams that will enter the final defense session in mid-May. 2. On-site defense Time: Late May 2013 The school will organize a selection team composed of enterprises and school entrepreneurship instructors to defend the selected projects on the spot. Defense procedure: The contestants will conduct a 5-minute on-site demonstration in the order of drawing lots (each entrepreneurial project should make a PPT for display), and then accept 3 minutes of on-site questions from the judges. The selection team selects the winning teams of the competition based on the entrepreneurial plan and defense. 5. Participation method (1) The competition is registered in the form of a team, with 2~5 people per team. Participating teams can form cross-major, cross-grade, complementary advantages, and reasonable structures in the school according to the characteristics of the project, and each participant is limited to one entrepreneurial project. (2) The participating teams must truthfully fill in the registration form for the entrepreneurial team of the 6th College Student Entrepreneurship Plan Competition of Wuhan Software Engineering Vocational College (see the competition guidebook). Each team must have one instructor, and the team without an instructor can be guided by the organizer of the competition, and one project applicant (team leader) must be selected to be responsible for relevant matters. (3) Contestants must truthfully fill in the registration form for the 6th College Student Entrepreneurship Plan Competition of Wuhan Software Engineering Vocational College (see the competition guidebook). (4) The entries are presented in the form of an entrepreneurial plan, and the content of the entries includes science and technology, services, consulting, art design, creativity, etc., which can be inventions and creations, patented technology or extracurricular production with the participation or authorization of the participants, or a conceptual product or service that may be developed and realized. In principle, entrepreneurial projects shall not be changed during the competition process. (5) On the basis of extensive market research and careful enterprise analysis, the participating teams should complete a complete, specific and feasible entrepreneurial (business) plan to bring the product or service to the market. At the same time, it creates conditions to attract venture capitalists and entrepreneurs to inject capital and promote entrepreneurial (business) plans to enter the market. (6) The core members of the participating teams must have legal intellectual property rights or use rights (authorizations) for their projects. Participants shall not plagiarize, plagiarize other people's works, infringe on other people's intellectual property rights, and once found to be disqualified, the winner shall recover the prize money. (7) It is forbidden to change team members at will during the competition. If there are special circumstances that require personnel adjustments, they must be reported to the organizer in a timely manner. (8) The registration form and entrepreneurial project plan are printed on A4 paper, in five sets, bound into a book, and sent to the school's admissions and employment guidance office by each department (college) before April 30. All completed business plans are required to be in text and electronic versions. See the attachment for the specific format. The award setting and principles of the competition (1) There is one first prize, two second prizes, five third prizes, and several excellence awards for outstanding works in this competition. At the same time, two excellent organization awards were set up; Three outstanding instructors will be rewarded for outstanding work and outstanding achievements in the competition organization. Outstanding works will be recommended to participate in provincial, municipal and even national entrepreneurship plan competitions. (2) The organizer of the competition will hire well-known entrepreneurs and relevant professional teachers in the school to form a jury to be responsible for the evaluation of the competition. (3) Competition principles: 1. The entries must be made by the contestants themselves, and they are not allowed to plagiarize other people's works, and once discovered, they will be immediately disqualified. 2. Competition evaluation: No unit or individual shall make any words or deeds that hinder the independent evaluation of the judges, and respect the decision of the selection team. Judges should follow the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness. 3. Liability exemption: The organizer will protect trade secrets, but the competition and the organizer will not be legally responsible for the leakage of the business plan due to unavoidable factors.
