Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

I don't know what the reason is, Microsoft's answer is to block this error report with a script, which doesn't seem to solve the substantive problem.

Correct treatment:

1 Stop the "winmgmt" service, the command is: net stop winmgmt, it will stop two services together, regardless of their life or death.

2 Delete all files in %systemroot%\System32\wbem\Repository
3 Restart the computer, let it idle for a few minutes, (personal feeling, the hard drive is reading stupidly), and a warning will appear in the log. Can be ignored.
