1. The purpose of the competition In order to effectively implement the party's mass line, deeply implement the "Qingtong Plan", accelerate the transformation and development of Qingshan, ensure that youth entrepreneurship work achieves practical results, select a number of excellent models of youth entrepreneurship, tap a number of science and technology entrepreneurship projects with considerable market prospects, huge development potential, and meet the actual situation of young people, actively guide young people to innovate and start businesses, promote the organic combination of talents, technology and capital, and promote the transformation of regional economic structure and the development of high-tech industries. 2. Principles of the competition The selection of projects in the competition implements the policy of respecting young talents, encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship, promoting scientific and technological progress and economic development, and adheres to the principle of "scientific standardization, openness and transparency, fairness and justice". 4. Registration conditions This competition is open to all individuals aged 18-45 who are interested in starting a business, or entrepreneurial teams aged 18-45 with the main person in charge. 1. Outstanding entrepreneurs (teams) who have innovative and creative projects and intend to invest and start a business in Qingshan. "small and micro" enterprises with a registration time of less than 2 years and good operating conditions. 2. The intellectual property rights of the participating projects are clear; Strong technological innovation and continuous innovation ability; After the transformation of project results, it has obvious growth; The competitive advantages of the products are obvious, and the market prospects are optimistic. 3. The participating projects are in line with the national strategic emerging industries and the industrial orientation of Wuhan City, focusing on supporting the R&D and industrialization projects of new energy, energy conservation and environmental protection, modern high-end manufacturing, semiconductors and opto-electromechanical, new materials, software and service outsourcing R&D and other emerging industries with obvious competitiveness. 4. The project (enterprise) leader and team have strong innovation ability and modern enterprise management concept. Priority is given to young entrepreneurial leaders who have studied or worked in domestic and foreign universities, scientific research institutions, and well-known companies for more than three years, and have the ability to innovate independently. 5. The project team (enterprise management) has a reasonable structure, the core management is familiar with the target market and industry, and the elements of technology development, organization management and marketing are basically available. 7. The paper version of the entrepreneurial project plan is in four copies and the electronic version is one. 3. A 2-inch color hatless photo of the participants or team core personnel (electronic version). 4. A copy of the ID card of the participant or the core personnel of the team in duplicate. 5. If a company has been established, a copy of the articles of association and a copy of the industrial and commercial business license must be provided. 6. If there are intellectual property rights, intellectual property certificates, product authorization letters, and copies of paper copies must be provided. 8. Competition process (1) Pre-competition publicity, mobilization and registration acceptance stage (April 29-September 12) 1. Hold the launching ceremony of the 2014 "Qingshan Cup" Youth Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Competition, release the competition information to the public, and invite relevant media to participate. 2. Carry out lecture tours in colleges and universities in Wuhan, combine campus media, carry out registration mobilization meetings on campus, post posters, etc. By setting up registration points, explain the registration instructions to college students of our school. (1) Preliminary review (mid-September) The organizing committee organizes a preliminary review of the participating entrepreneurial project plans, and selects effective projects that meet the requirements of the competition to enter the preliminary round. (2) Preliminary round (late September) The preliminary round is selected by the judges in a back-to-back manner, and finally the top 30 contestants are selected to enter the semi-finals. (3) Semi-finals (early October) The organizing committee will notify the top 30 contestants participating in the semi-finals by phone or email to defend at the designated location. Through on-site review and scoring by experts, the top 10 entrepreneurial projects participating in the finals will be selected and publicized. After the publicity, the organizing committee will conduct on-site interviews on the top 10 projects and sign the settlement agreement on Qingshan, and the specific plan will be notified separately. (4) Finals (mid-to-late October) The organizing committee will notify the top 10 finalists by phone or email for public defense, select the first, second and third prizes through on-site review and scoring by experts, and present awards. 9. Competition rewards 1. The competition has 2 first prizes, with a prize of 100,000 yuan each; 3 second prizes, 60,000 yuan each; 5 third prizes with a prize of 30,000 yuan each, and 10 excellence awards with a prize of 10,000 yuan each. In addition, certain rewards will be given to collective registered participants according to the number of projects. 2. After the entrepreneurial project wins the award, the relevant settlement agreement must be completed within 2 months in accordance with the settlement agreement of the company. Enterprises registered in Qingshan will directly pay bonuses in accordance with relevant regulations. 3. If the materials provided by the winning project are found to be inconsistent with the facts, the organizing committee of the competition has the right to cancel the award and withdraw the prize. 4. The right of interpretation belongs to the Organizing Committee of the 2014 "Qingshan Cup" Youth Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Competition.
