Materials to be submitted: Candidates must carefully fill in the application form, fill in the application type, and attach detailed deeds materials (about 1500 words, A4 paper printing) and deeds introduction (about 500 words) that can fully reflect their outstanding achievements, and provide two photos of their life (vertical version is preferred) and copies of the certificates of the main awards involved in the deeds materials (original for reference); Report card for each semester.
