About holding the Jiang'an District Youth Fair and the notice of the youth entrepreneurship project competition In order to encourage and support the development of more young people to innovate and start businesses, and attract more emerging projects to settle in Jiang'an, the Jiang'an District Committee of the Communist Youth League held a youth gathering and youth entrepreneurship project competition in conjunction with relevant departments directly under the district and business incubators at all levels in the jurisdiction. The notice on the project declaration is as follows: 1. Registration schedule The registration time is from the date of issuance of this notice to September 17. 2. Participants and conditions 1. Participants: Entrepreneurial projects that have independently established enterprises, self-employed and registered in accordance with the law, and obtained industrial and commercial business licenses in Jiang'an District, or teams that intend to settle and start a business in Jiang'an District. Priority is given to full-time students of ordinary colleges and universities and full-time graduates of ordinary colleges and universities (including junior college students, undergraduates, master's students, and doctoral students) within 5 years of graduation. 2. Participation conditions (1) The application project of an independent enterprise should meet the following conditions: A. Handle industrial and commercial tax registration in Jiang'an District in accordance with national regulations and in accordance with the law; B. The legal representative or individual industrial and commercial operator meets the target conditions and has no bad credit or illegal record; C. Absorb more than 3 people (including 3 people) for employment; D. The project meets the national industrial policy and technical requirements, has good market prospects, and has the ability to drive employment. (2) The declared project that intends to start a business in Jiang'an District should meet the following conditions: A. There is a fixed entrepreneurial team, with a clear division of labor and a strict system; B. No bad credit and illegal records; C. Support methods: (1) Financial support: provide financial support of 1-30,000 yuan for the champion, runner-up and third place of the project competition; (2) Mentor guidance: Equip entrepreneurial mentors for "one-on-one" entrepreneurial guidance for key projects emerging from the competition; (3) Tracking services: According to the entrepreneurial needs of college students, provide follow-up services such as entrepreneurship training and business incubation. 4. Registration materials Participants need to submit the following materials included in the "Application Form for Jiang'an District Youth Entrepreneurship Project Competition" (Annex 1): (1) Project business plan; (2) A copy of the applicant's ID card and graduation certificate (college students provide ID cards and school certification materials or student ID cards); (3) A copy of the industrial and commercial business license and a copy of the tax registration certificate; (4) No bad credit commitment or no illegal record; (5) Other relevant documents and materials. 5.
