start.spring.io Unable to create Java 8 projects

Requirements: Due to the limitations of third-party libraries, it is necessary to create a project using JDK 8 due to compatibility issues.

Spring Initializr (start.spring.io) is an open-source Spring Boot project initializer provided by Spring Boot. It provides a simple and easy-to-use interface for creating and configuring the initial code for your Spring project. Through this website, developers can choose the desired Spring Boot version, language, build tools (such as Maven or Gradle), dependencies, and other project settings.

Due to the rapid development of Spring Boot, the Spring Boot version and Java version that can be selected in the official update of Spring Initializr are also being iteratively upgraded. Therefore, it may not be possible to select an older version of Spring Boot via Spring Initializr.

Open the Spring Initializr website (The hyperlink login is visible.), you can see that there is no way to create a Java 8 project, as shown in the figure below:
