It is divided into the following steps:
- Create a local repository: Create a new folder locally, right-click —> TortoiseSVN —> Create repository here;
- Download an existing repository: Create a new folder locally, right-click -> Checkout -> Enter the username and password, and the downloaded file path; You can download the project code you need from the server side according to your needs, and there will be an additional .svn hidden file in the directory, and you can upload the file in this file directory
- To update a local repository: Select the repository and right-click —> SVN Update. You can download the latest version of the file value from the server-side local repository
- Upload local files: Select the repository, right-click —> SVN Commit; You can upload files from the repository to the server
- Add files: Select, Chinese right-click —> TortoiseSVN —> add; When the plus sign appears, select Chinese item and right-click -> SVN Commit;
- Delete file: Select, Chinese option, right-click -> TortoiseSVN -> delete; Select Chinese, right-click —> SVN Commit; After the local repository deletes the file, it must be re-submitted, otherwise there will still be deleted files on the server side, which is equivalent to deleting the file from the server side
Download existing repositories:
Upload files: Select the folder you want to submit and right-click commit.
Add files: New files need to be added before uploading. Of course, you can upload directly, but you will need to manually select and add, and there will be a prompt box when the upload is successful.
SVN deletes files: Upload them again after deletion. Otherwise there are still files on the server.
