openssl has obviously been updated, apache still prompts the old version?

The prompt says that apache restart failed, the log is that the openssl version is too old, I updated openssl, but the new log still says that the old version of openssl is broken?

Overwrite mod_ssl.so file, remember to back up

How to update mod_ssl.so? When I opened it, it was a bunch of garbled characters......
