2014 Speech Contest Activity Plan
1. Purpose of the activity

2. Activity theme

5. Activity content and requirements
1. The competition is conducted in the form of propositional speeches, and the content of the speech must focus on the theme, combine with reality, highlight the highlights, and have a clear theme;
2. The content of the speech is required to be positive, healthy and upward;
3. Acting generously, behaving naturally, making eye contact with the audience, and having appropriate body language;
4. If you need background music, please prepare your own music materials (format is .mp3 format);
5. Contestants must use Mandarin and use a standing speech;
6. The order of the game is determined by draw, and the player is 1 minute late on the field as a forfeiter;
7. Each player's competition time is limited to 3-4 minutes, 3 minutes and 30 seconds prompt, 4 minutes second prompt is the time limit for deducting points, more than 1---10 seconds deduct 1 point, exceed 11---20 seconds deduct 2 points, exceed 20---30 seconds deduct 3 points, and the maximum deduction is 5 points; If the time is less than 3 minutes, 3 points will be deducted.
6. Reward methods

7. Scoring criteria
1. The keynote speech in this competition is judged on a 100-point system, which requires the correct ideological content and perfect expression form to be unified;
2. Judges score and score on the spot;
3. The qualifiers and semi-finals scores are directly taken from the average score to calculate the final result. The final score is removed from the highest score, the lowest score is removed, and the remaining average score is taken as the final score of the contestants (reserved to two decimal places).
