ETH Ethereum transfer intrinsic gas too low

When I try to send a transaction, the above error appears, there has never been the above error before, because the transaction I sent has input data data, I tried to increase the unit price to 100Gwei, but still reported an error.

The intrinsic gas of a transaction is the amount of gas used before the transaction runs any code. It is a constant "transaction fee" (currently 21,000 gas) plus a fee per byte of data provided by the exchange (4 gases for zero bytes and 68 gases for non-zero). These constants are currently defined for geth in params/protocol_params.go. Presumably, they are also encoded into the feeds of other node/client implementations.

Continuing the search, I found a book.

According to the formula on the book, (((string to hexadecimal) bytes)/2*68)+21000
