When using Nethereum to query the balance of an Ethereum account using the web3 protocol, the error is as follows:

I didn't have this problem before, but today I suddenly got this problem, I thought it was an infura interface problem, and then, I tried to test it with postman as follows:

There is no problem with the rpc interface, and finally I checked the problem on GitHub, and sure enough, I found a solution.

The problem is with TLS.
