win+R Open the run menu, then type "regedit" and press Enter to open the registry as shown below.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\CredSSP\Parameters”

Then double-click "AllowEncryptionOracle" in the right window and set the value to "2"

0 indicates the client that is forced to update
1 indicates remission
2 indicates vulnerability

Finally: It's almost remote here, my machine took effect without restarting, if yours doesn't take effect, you can try restarting.
