(2) Determine whether your broadband IP is a public IP, because the IP resources of broadband operators are limited, so many users are assigned not an independent public IP, but a shared IP through the server, so there will be restrictions on the box, so when you find that the NAT type is not 0, you need to call the broadband customer service and ask them to change the broadband IP to the public IP.
