If you are sure that you have recently experienced a blue screen, please refer to the following tips:
[Win7 or above system]: If there is no blue screen file, right-click on the desktop "Computer" icon and select "Properties", find "Startup and Troubleshooting" in the "Advanced System Settings" option on the left, click the "Settings" button, and see whether the writing debugging information is set to: small memory dump, directory: %SystemRoot%\Minidump. After setting up, restart the computer, and then use the observation, and the next time the blue screen is used, it will try to automatically generate the blue screen file.
[XP]: If there is no blue screen file, right-click on the "My Computer" on the desktop and select the properties, and click the "Settings" button under "Startup and Troubleshooting" in the "Advanced" tab to see if the writing debugging information is set to: small memory dump, directory: %SystemRoot%\Minidump. After setting it, the next time a blue screen appears, it will try to automatically generate a blue screen file.
