Application for reissuance process
1. Check your Hong Kong and Macao Permit number (passport) in advance, which is actually what document you used to apply for it at that time;
2. Chinese mainland users dialed:400 800 4818
3. After connecting, answer some questions, confirm the reissue, and the red lion card + password letter will be re-mailed (the whole set, if the password letter was received before, the old one will be invalid)

Activation
