Requirements: Open Windows 11 File Explorer often doesn't respond at first, it takes a few seconds to get better, it's very stuck, and sometimes it freezes.

To open Win10 File Explorer: Create a new task window, enter the [explorer.exe] command, and enter to confirm.

solution

Open My Computer - > Select... Options - > options as shown below:

Folder Options - > General - > Privacy,Uncheck the 3 checkboxes of [Privacy]and click OK.
