NSSM is a service encapsulator that encapsulates ordinary exes into services and makes them run like Windows services. Microsoft's own SRVANY tool is the same type, but NSSM is simpler and more powerful. Its features are as follows:

Install kibana as a Windows service

After unzipping, run the following command in the nssm directory:
