Modify the configuration:
Take PhpStorm 2019.3.1 as an example, find the phpStorm installation directory and copy the file to the lib folder.
There are two files in the \bin directory of the installation directory, PhpStorm.exe.vmoptions and PhpStorm64.exe.vmoptions

Open the PhpStrom software and click Help -> About in the menu bar to see the activation validity period until 2089.
