So, is the only way to achieve this goal of "making money" is to "increase wages"? Many people have never thought about it, they are completely resigned to their fate, living a life of step by step.
Go to school - > play - > graduate - > cast a wide net to find a job - > choose any one - > work for a few days is too tiring, annoying, and the boss is stingy - > to change jobs - > continue to think about this and that - > continue to change jobs - > complain about low wages and no salary increase
I have interviewed more than N people in the past 10 years, and I have met more than N such job seekers, who have no goals and dreams in their hearts, have no plans for themselves, and never take the initiative to learn after graduation.
Of course, I have also seen some very good young people, very thoughtful, and have the ability to act, although some things have not been done very successfully, but he has gained experience, and he will be able to easily avoid some pitfalls next time.
There are also some young people who are more admirable, have been learning, deliberately practicing, and constantly output, and have made their own works during school, and have been at least 10 steps higher than others as soon as they graduate, which is the most desired talent by enterprises.
You see, it's not that your salary doesn't rise, it's that you're not ready.
In addition, making money is not the only way to "increase wages". People with good literary talent can also get very good monetization by writing articles and submitting or doing their own self-media, it seems that it is good for people with some talent to be anchors, creative and tossing people are also thriving to engage in short videos, and people who know more about computer hardware can live a very nourishing life by opening a hardware review......
However, all of this has a basic premise, that is, you must first have some "material" within yourself!!
3. It's not that you don't give you a salary increase, it's that you haven't created the value of "giving you a salary increase", and the boss thinks it's not worth giving you a raise!
People who think about raising wages to make a fortune all day long, I'm afraid that's the only way in this life, although I've only been in the industry for more than ten years, but I really haven't seen anyone who makes a fortune by raising wages, and it's barely enough to support their families, and it's really not to think about making a fortune.
Those so-called "working emperors" are not really "working for others", but "starting a business within the enterprise". First of all, the mentality is completely different, not to mention the vision and pattern.
I am also an entrepreneur now, and I will basically clean up anyone who lives on a basic salary all day long. Only employees who want to pay first, create value for the company, have a sense of responsibility and a sense of ownership, I will entrust them with important responsibilities (while entrusting heavy responsibilities, it means that they have the right to speak in the company, and having the right to speak means that they share the benefits with the company, and the basic salary is not high, but the income is not low).
In my career, I have seen many people like this. This "increase" is not the range of ordinary salary increases, but N times the basic salary, and some people have obtained the company's shares, options, dividends, etc.
Therefore, whether wages rise or not is not actually about the company and the boss, but about yourself!
