How to use:
After installing, open the DreamTime.exe in the GUI folder.
Please use the GIF image, the cmd.bat in the cli folder is cli.exe --gif -i input.gif -o output.gif --gpu 0
If you see a prompt that GPU acceleration is not possible, update the GPU graphics driver.
32-bit system install may make an error, I have a 64-bit system, I haven't experienced it.
