Authentication failed, user MAC address binding error! Go to the Telecom Business Office to unbind the MAC address.

It is because the user automatically binds the MAC address of the computer when he/she authenticates for the first time.

Therefore, the computer you authenticated is not the one whose MAC address you first bound, so the above error occurs.

You need to take your student ID card to the telecom office of your school to apply for unbinding the MAC address, and then go back to your dormitory to re-authenticate.
