From the time I set foot on the land of Shenzhen, I was full of pride and hope.As one of my family members in Shenzhen, my brother came to pick me up. (Here I have to complain: straight man!) I said, I thought about it clearly when I was already at home, I want to become a primary school teacher in Shenzhen!

I have checked that the basic annual salary of teachers in Shenzhen will be 200,000 yuan regardless of grade. Even if I first started with 10,000 a month, I could accept it. As long as I can stabilize 10,000 a month, I am confident that I will be able to gain a foothold in Shenzhen. I can save 100,000 a year, 1 million in 10 years. I can buy an old and broken one, 30-40 square meters, and second-hand is also good. This is in the urban village of Longhua, the rent will be much friendlier than Shanghai, but if you want to live in a community in Shenzhen, it will hurt your wallet, and it feels a little more expensive than Shanghai. 2 bedrooms and 1 living room are 5.5K, and the urban village is about 3K.
