3. During the interview, you may be asked this question, what are your shortcomings?
Many applicants are more upright, so they say a lot of their shortcomings, what self-control is not good, like to play games, playing games is a day, what is a big temper, often having conflicts with others, etc., don't laugh, there are a lot of answers like this.
Some people may say, isn't this a very upright reflection? Upright is a good thing, but I think you are very upright, then I think what you said is true, you like to play games, play games whenever you have time, self-control is not good, although spare time is your own, but no business owner wants his employees to play games after get off work, which is not good for their personal ability growth, good for the enterprise, is not good, this kind of uprightness, do you think it is useful? Anyone who sees such a shortcoming will definitely not be hired.

4. Many people will feel that their academic qualifications are average, not 985 or 211, complaining that some companies only need to be from prestigious schools, to be honest, there is nothing to complain about, people have worked hard in the first half of their lives, so they naturally have some advantages. For enterprises, in fact, they receive a lot of resumes, which can be regarded as reducing screening costs. You have to find a way to show your abilities.
One thing you need to know is that no company is willing to miss talents, similarly, there are actually quite a lot of people with average education, and the important thing is that you have to reflect your ability on your resume. For example, there is an open source project on GitHub that is very bad, and there are hundreds or thousands of people follow, star, such as often writing blogs, blogs are a bit influential, etc., such as making a work in your spare time, being famous, the number of users is okay, etc., these should be highlighted on your resume, these will give you extra points.
I remember that for a while, it was popular in the technology circle to attach your GitHub account to your resume, which is naturally correct, but I saw that many GitHub accounts attached to resumes were blank, no projects, no code submitted, just a blank, I was really drunk, with a GitHub account, not to say that you can register an account and bring it, at least there is a project on your account, nothing, what's the point of you attaching a blank account?
5. Do not submit multiple positions from the same company. Many people are actually more experienced, such as having a front-end and back-end all-you-can-eat, when submitting a resume, both positions are delivered, what I think is that I can do both positions, and I will do whichever one I need, so that the probability of passing the interview is quite high. What is the core product? 7. In the second half of the interview, you will usually ask, do you have anything you want to ask the interviewer?
When some people see this question, they will ask, is there a subsidy? What is the proportion of five insurances and one housing fund? What are the benefits? Really, these questions are not unimportant, but these detailed issues, generally will be finally determined when you are hired, the personnel department will give you a detailed discussion, when the interviewer asks you this question, you should ask, the size of the company's technical team, atmosphere, business development, what you have to do in this position, the future development direction of the company, etc., these are what you should pay attention to, don't believe it, if the interviewer asks this question, you come up and ask, how to pay the company's five insurances and one housing fund, etc., the previous discussion may be good, But this question directly exposes that you care too much about the details, the pattern is not enough, and there will be someone to talk to you about these small details.
