After creating the USB flash drive media, change the preferred startup item to USB flash drive boot in the BIOS (please contact the brand or motherboard manufacturer for specific operation methods), enter the installation interface and click "Repair Computer", enter the WinRE interface, click Troubleshooting, Advanced Options, System Image Recovery, and see if it can be repaired.

Because it is a repair installation (reinstallation), the above two options (upgrade now or create an ISO file) are available, and the system will download the corresponding installation package according to your current installation of window10. I did this by creating an ISO file (I generated more than 3G ISO files through the tool). If you don't have an optical drive, you can just "load" the ISO file:
Click the "setup.exe" file in the virtual optical drive to install it.
