Solution:
Right-click on the Docker for Windows tray on your computer, select the settings option, select the Shared Drives tab menu, and check Shared Disks. As shown below:

A firewall is blocking file Sharing between Windows and the containers. See documentation for more info.

A new error has appeared, to share a drive, allow a connection between the Windows host and the virtual machine in Windows Firewall or third-party firewall software. You don't need to open port 445 on any other network.

By default, 10.0.75.1 is allowed to connect from 10.0.75.2 (virtual machine) to port 445 (Windows host).

Here we need to set up a firewall and open TCP port 445, as shown in the figure below:

Volume sharing is not enabled. On the settings screen of Docker Desktop, click Shared Drives and select the drive that contains the project files C:\Users\DELL\.nuget\packages\microsoft.visualstudio.azure.containers.tools.targets\1.9.5\build\Container.targets
