1. Application scenarios: There are no products at present, the company is doing chip design, and the team will mainly achieve hardware implementation of chips based on algorithms in the future; 2. The short-term plan is not clear, find the person in charge and communicate directly with the president of the company, the company currently has no algorithm team, need to set up a team of 5-6 people, the company currently has 600 people, more than half of them are chip designers, revenue of 600 million, net profit of more than 200 million, the development trend is good, with an excellent basic environment; 3. This person is positioned as the leader of the algorithm team, leading a team of five or six people, equivalent to the level of internal director, or technical experts, and the treatment is negotiated according to the candidate's situation, consisting of monthly salary and year-end bonus
Other information for the position: 1. The candidate's background is video or image processing, and he is not necessarily very proficient in image processing, but the basic concept of image processing must be clear (this seems to be satisfied by most image processing algorithm engineers); 2. Prefer academic qualifications from 211 and above colleges, such candidates have a relatively solid foundation, and try to avoid general colleges and universities, unless there is a special match; 3. Tend to have a professional background in the Department of Mathematics (not necessarily a mathematics major), and more often it is a hardware implementation of the underlying function of image processing. 4. Build opencv libraries instead of just using them.

Job Responsibilities:
1. To develop visual computing SDK products, it is necessary to be familiar with basic image processing, such as denoising, enhancement, segmentation, correction, feature detection and matching, etc.;
2. Porting, optimizing, maintaining and testing the code of the algorithm module, requiring a certain programming foundation and familiarity with visual libraries such as OpenCV;
3. Track international cutting-edge technologies in the field of machine vision and deep learning, read relevant papers and write review documents;
4. Implement algorithm-level demo, analyze and compare algorithm performance, and write relevant documents.
Note: Be able to work in at least one of the above aspects of 1, 2, 3, and 4.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, software, algorithm, mathematics and other related fields;
2. Be familiar with commonly used data structures, and understand some classification and clustering algorithms, such as SVM, KNN, etc.;
3. Be able to tackle technical difficulties, prospective research and application expansion in related directions;
4. Have a good sense of teamwork, be willing to accept challenges, and be curious about new technologies and products.
