Job Title: Human Resources Director 1 person
Job Responsibilities:
1. Organize and formulate various plans for the company's human resource development, and guide and supervise the implementation of various plans.
2. Establish and improve human resource management systems and systems, including recruitment, performance, training, salary and employee development.
3. Provide suggestions on human resource strategy and organizational construction to the company's senior decision-makers, and strive to improve the company's comprehensive management level; Responsible for providing guidance on the human resource management of subordinate companies.
4. Recruit excellent management teams and implement talent development reserve plans;
5. Supervise the implementation and implementation of the company's major work matters.
6. Formulate the company's annual human resource demand plan. Organize the recruitment process and develop a company training plan.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 10 years of human resources related experience;
2. Have strong planning and execution ability;
3. Have good communication and coordination skills and organizational skills.
4. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
5. Huawei background is preferred.
Work location: Shenzhen Nanshan, manhole, salary from 25K-35K, weekends have annual total bonuses.
