Think about it, in order not to lose the iPhone, what is a little computer? And I recommend setting your iPhone with a passcode, go to "Settings - > Universal - > Passcode Lock" to set it.
If you're using a computer, we can experiment: open it in your browserhttp://www.icloud.comand sign in to your Apple ID. If the display browser does not support it, please change it to IE8 (Win7 uses IE9), Safari, etc. Then select Find My iPhone and wait for the web page to locate you (i.e., find out where you are) and you're done.
Then let's experiment with sending messages and playing sounds (password is recommended). Click on the green dot of the positioning, then click on the "i", some functions will appear, we click on "Play ringtone or send message", enter the information you want to display, you can choose to play the sound, of course, if your mobile phone must have a network, then click "Send".
When your phone screams (it must play a sound), don't be afraid that it won't turn off, just close the window after unlocking. There is also a function to erase the phone, I don't provide screenshots of this!
Of course, what if you are not at the computer after losing your phone? We can use iPad, iPhone, iPod touch to locate, install the "Find My iPhone" application on the mobile phones of the people around us, our own iPad, and our touch in advance, log in to the account after starting, and then automatically display your device, and automatically locate it, which is similar to computer operation, everyone should be able to.
Find my iPhone is a feature that adds Lost Mode in iOS6. Of course, iPad setup methods are comparable.
