The specific method of number portability is as follows
The first step is to pick up your mobile phone and check the portability online through SMS (SMS edit CCXZ#username#certificate number, send it to the affiliated operator, China Mobile 10086, China Unicom 10010, Telecom 10001) as shown in the figure:

Step 3 After receiving the authorization code, take your valid certificate and authorization code to the operator you want to use to apply for a new package!
It is worth noting that several things need to be paid attention to before number portability, first of all, there should be no arrears; secondly, it must use a phone card with your real name; In addition, the package participating in the corresponding operator must have ended before the number porting can be carried out.
Up to now, Hubei has taken the lead in implementing the new regulations on number portability. I believe many people will also ask, the new regulations on number portability are only for provinces and cities that have already supported number portability, so when will it be promoted to the whole country?
According to Luo Wen, vice minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, there are still certain technical difficulties in the actual pilot operation of number portability, so I am afraid that it will not be promoted to the whole country until 2020.
At the same time, some netizens said that after experiments, the SMS instruction is only used in Tianjin, Hainan, Yunnan, and Jiangxi, and is not applicable to other provinces for the time being.
