First of all, the computer installs Java, which is required, after the installation is completed, Java is enabled in the browser by default, which can be seen in the control panel - program, as shown in the figure below:
Starting with Firefox version 52, all NPAPI plugins except Adobe Flash are no longer supported. See this compatibility document and this article for details.
Note: The 64-bit version of Firefox does not recognize and support this plugin.
Many web pages use Java applets as interactive content, such as online games. You must have Java plugins installed and enabled correctly to run these Java applets in Firefox. Java is a programming language that can run on Windows, Mac, Linux, and other computer systems. This article will help you install or update Java and get it working properly in Firefox.

My computer is 64-bit, and the installed Firefox browser is also 64-bit, how to check if Firefox is 32-bit or 64-bit:
Enter the command above in the browser address bar
Win64; x64: 64-bit Firefox
WOW64: 64-bit 32-bit Firefox under Windows
(None of the above): You are on 32-bit Windows, which cannot run 64-bit Firefox.
Since Firefox doesn't support Java plugins, I'm thinking of other ways.
