Error 2 Failed to download from assembly C:\XX\packages\Microsoft.Net.Compilers.2.1.0\build\. \tools\Microsoft.Build.Tasks.CodeAnalysis.dll loads the task "Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.BuildTasks.Csc". Failed to load the file or assembly "Microsoft.Build.Utilities.Core, version=14.0.0.0, culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a" or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the specified file. Confirm that the <UsingTask> declaration is correct, that the assembly and all of its dependencies are available, and that the task contains a public class that implements Microsoft.Build.Framework.ITask.

Solution:

msbuild 14.0 is not installed, please download and install it
