mysqldump exports database "access denied"

Today, when exporting the database with mysqldump, it prompts to deny access

I thought there was a problem with the account number and password I entered, and then I tried to connect with mysql and found that I could access the database normally

You can enter normally!

And it is a root account, and the permissions are still there。。。。。。

Run the following command and find that it can be printed.

Login is visible.

Since it can be printed, the account permissions are still fine, the reason is that the folder read and write permissions or command line execution permissions are not enough.

Solution: Open cmd as an administrator and execute the export command, and find that the export is successful!!
