Wu Xuezhan is the legal representative of Shandong Guanxian Taihe Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guanxian Taichang"). The main businesses of Guanxian Taihe and Guanxian Taichang are both involved in real estate development, operation, housing rental and property management.
As early as April 29, 2016, China.com publicly claimed to have received a letter from a reader who claimed to be Yuan Da Industry and Trade boss Yu Ximing. The letter mentioned that Wu Xuezhan led people to break into the company and home to make trouble, and humiliated Xi Ming's wife and son, and the details of the description were consistent with the details in the article "Stabbing to Death and Insulting Mother" published in Southern Weekly.
It is worth noting that the letter mentioned that Wu Xuezhan participated in the reconstruction of a number of local projects, including the demolition and reconstruction of the Donggucheng Pump Factory and the reconstruction of Donggucheng Hospital. A reporter from China Real Estate News called the Guanxian Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission to ask whether Guanxian Taihe was involved in the reconstruction project of Dongcheng Pump Factory and Donggucheng Hospital and other demolition projects, but its staff declined because it was "unclear".
However, after verification by many parties, Wu Xuezhan does have many local engineering projects in Guanxian County, and a person close to the public security organs of Liaocheng City described Wu Xuezhan and his business model as a "rural construction team", saying that the latter does have some smaller real estate projects in the local area. Another owner of a local real estate agency in Guanxian told China Real Estate News: "We operate a number of new and second-hand housing projects in Guanxian County, but we have not heard of the real estate project in Guanxian Taihe. ”
