Hardware preparation: Includes server hardware and SMP system dongles.

Since the SMP system involves the operation of the customer's business network, the server hardware on which the SMP system is installed must meet the minimum system configuration requirements, otherwise problems such as slow authentication, high server CPU usage, and slow access to management pages will occur

Minimum Configuration:

CPU: Intel Xeon E5606 2.13GHz 4 cores*2

RAM: 4G

Disk: Throughput rate 130MB, capacity of 100G and above

Network: 1000Mbps full-duplex network card*3

Recommended configuration:

Dell PowerEdge R710

CPU: Intel Xeon E5630 2.53GHz 4 cores*4

RAM: 16G

Disk: Throughput rate of 266MB or more, capacity of 200G and above, 500G recommended

Network: 1000Mbps full-duplex network card*3

Recommended hard disk partition division:

C drive: Install the operating system with a total capacity of at least 80G

D drive: Install the SMP system and SQL Server database with a total capacity of at least 200 GB

E-disk: Backup database files with a total capacity of at least 200G

The disk format for the data must be NTFS format

RG-SMP software relies on USB dongles for licensing and controls the maximum number of users that the SMP system can manage. When the software starts, the system checks for USB dongles on the server, and if the dongle is not present, the software automatically stops starting.

SMP dongle is a hardware product used on the USB port of a computer for software protection, in the shape of a small USB flash drive.

1. Collect the license authorization purchased by the customer, and confirm that the number of dongle authorizations of the customer is sufficient to meet the actual environment and expected needs of the customer.

2. Make sure that the client server has a USB socket and the SMP dongle can be plugged in normally.

3. Before starting the SMP service, make sure that the SMP dongle is inserted.

4. After the SMP service is launched, you need to check the actual authorization information of SMP and compare the authorization information purchased by the customer.
