Reservation and redemption rules

1. The reservation and exchange limit of the 2017 Chinese New Year coins per person is 40.

2. The real-name system is adopted for appointments, and valid identity document information recognized by the public security department must be registered, and mainland residents must use second-generation ID cards.

3. Each person is only allowed to make one valid appointment, and repeated appointments are invalid.

4. The reservation redemption quota for each designated outlet is limited, on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Those who have successfully made an appointment must bring the original ID card registered by appointment and go to the agreed outlet to apply for redemption, and text messages will not be used as vouchers for redemption.

6. Those who collect on behalf of others must hold the original ID documents registered by the recipient at the time of appointment for redemption, and the number of people collecting on behalf of the recipient shall not exceed 5.

7. Each person can only complete the redemption once, and cannot be exchanged in installments.

8. Failure to redeem within the reservation and redemption period of the batch, or failure to handle the exchange in accordance with the regulations, will be deemed to be automatically abandoned.
