Your database has utf8mb4 in its character set, which is supported in 5.5 but not in 5.1. You can just replace all the utf8mb4 in the sql file with utf8.

My database version is MySQL 5.1, then replace all UTF8MB4 with UTF8, and then import the SQL script.
