Requirements: The power has been cut off twice in the cell recently, so I bought an APC UPS device, and I need to download the "PowerChute Personal Edition" software to manage the equipment.

PowerChute Personal Edition has been replaced by PowerChute Serial Shutdown software, see here:The hyperlink login is visible.

After unzipping, double-click the pcsssetup.exe program to install, as shown below:

Create an Admin Account:

Allows remote management via the web:

Set up your account and password:

Browser open:

Reset your username and password

Windows systemC:\Program Files\APC\PowerChute Serial Shutdown\agent\pcssconfig.ini

Open the pcssconfig.ini file using a text editor like Notepad and add the following:

Login is visible.

Enter the new username and password directly after the equal sign.
-The username must be between 6 and 128 characters long。
-Password requirements:
• Minimum length of 8 characters and maximum of 128 characters.
• 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter
•1 number or special character
• The username cannot be part of the password.
Note: Usernames and passwords cannot contain double-byte characters.

Then, restart the PowerChute Serial Shutdown service with the following command:
