Requirements: The Word template marks an image content control that uses VSTO development to fill the image to a specified location.

According to your needs, add "Image Content Controls" to the Word document, as shown in the following figure:

Save the filled source image to the temporary folder on your hard drive, and then get the path, the source code is as follows:

The only downside to this solution is:You need to save the picture to a temporary folder and delete it after filling it is completed, it would be perfect if you could fill byte[] directly into the image control.
